Compliance, Risk & Privacy Protocol
01. Nature of Service: Quantitative Intelligence
The Centinel Risk Protocol (CRP) is a purely technical infrastructure. It provides Quantitative Risk Intelligence through deterministic and probabilistic mathematical models.
- [Non-Advisory]: CRP does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
- [Mathematical Optimization]: All outputs (including BORROW, REPAY, and HOLD directives) are the result of algorithmic stress tests.
- [Execution Sovereignty]: CRP is a decision-support tool. Final execution remains the sole responsibility of the user.
02. Risk Disclaimer: DeFi Volatility
The DeFi ecosystem involves inherent systemic risks that no model can fully eliminate.
03. Privacy & Data Integrity: A2A Standards
Non-Custodial Architecture
CRP never requests, stores, or interacts with Private Keys. We operate as a "Read-Only" observer.
Stateless Audits
Once the JSON payload is delivered, Centinel does not store your portfolio’s composition.
04. AML/KYC & Global Compliance
As an infrastructure provider, CRP does not function as a bank, broker-dealer, or asset manager. We comply with the technical standards of the Base Network. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of autonomous agents complies with local jurisdictions.
